Handicap equipped suite on main with sleep number bed, fireplace, ceiling fan, bathroom was built for wheelchair access with direct access into closet. Suite has separate and private entrance as well. Long term guests only. Suite is only bedroom on main, along with dining room, eat in kitchen, living room and family room. This is also a powder room for guests. Your laundry done weekly and includes clean sheets and towels. No one else will enter your suite, ever. I have a white board for messages if you have any special requests, I work from home, so I am usually upstairs. There is a park across the street, two Starbucks down the road close to Kroger, Publix and several restaurants. Close to Hebron Baptist Church, HCA & Dacula schools, GA Gwin College and Gwinnett Hospital. This suite is for long term rentals only.
