Guests have about an acre of private land with two houses. If you are a horse show or rodeo contestant, or just travelling with your horse you can rent stalls for an additional fee. We have a covered arena, a free style hot walker and 82 acres to exercise your horses. There is parking available and electric hookups for big rigs and lqs. We have a house on the property. This is a working training facility with lots of daytime activity. There is someone available 24 hours a day. We will respect your privacy but expect a busy place behind the fence during daylight hours in the separate barnyard. In the country close to Stephenville on a paved road. There are large trees, grass, ranch animals. The property is very quiet at night. It is an active working ranch in the daytime. Horses will be turned out running and playing in the morning. All of this will be happening in the barnyard and pastures separated from lodgings. You will need a vehicle. We are in the country close to town but there is no public transport. Our place is very quiet and peaceful. Enjoy being in the country but very close to all the amenities of town.
