It is complete with cookware, microwave, blender, electric stove, and a full size fridge. During the summer we have a/c in the living room and the master bedroom. Cleaning supplies are kept below the sink. There is an electric "George Foreman" barbecue grill near the private deck, however remember to hose the grill down after use because the local black bears up here in the mountains love comfort food just as much as we do. We are here sporadically, but since we want your stay to be the best you ever had we're always available for whatever you need. Lanesville is a unique place, unlike any other in the world. While nearby Phoenicia and Tannersville encapsulate a trendy, hip, east village like feel with its eclectic shops, restaurants, etc, it still retains an old world rural charm that must be experienced. There is tubing, ziplines, the absolute best ski trails in NYS, incredible dining, hip bars, wine tasting, hiking trails, and more all just minutes from the property. Afterwards you can retire to the peace and tranquility of Roseland where you can view stars as you've never seen them before, and listen carefully to the howls of the coyotes deep in the mountains late at night. Since we're situated up in the mountains, getting around by car is a must. However TRAILWAYS BUS makes stops in nearby Phoenicia and Hunter. 2 night minimum stay on weekends.
