Welcome to my beach masterpiece that was recently designed and built for a large family vacation or gathering. The house offers 4 bedrooms (2x Queen Beds, a Twin Beds, and a Master bed) The master bedroom offers this beautiful water front view from balcony to take in the ocean breeze. 2.5 bathrooms (2 full size bathroom on 2nd floor, 1 bathroom on 1st floor). Full size kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, marble counters, & large center island. Light and bright open floor plan with great air flow that offers great entertaining space. Property is right next to Wave Resort. (See map photo) Fully stocked beach supplies: Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels in house. You are more than welcome to bring your own gears if you like. Guest have access to all areas in the house EXCEPT BASEMENT. The fastest way to reach me is through in app messaging during the hours of 8:00am - 11:00pm. There are times I might be delayed in responding due to busy taking care of my children. So please be patient and wait for me to get back to you at my earliest convenience. You have to walk 4 steps up to get inside the house. Trash collections are every Wednesday and Sunday, please leave trash out on Wednesday night and Sunday night for collection. You will have to pay for the movie rentals if you decide to order paying any shows or movies on my Comcast account.
