This newly remodeled house is circled by many points of interest. Lake Fork, Cooper Lake, Lake Cypress Springs, Lake Tawakoni, and other smaller lakes. A fisherman’s paradise. 5 miles from Sulphur Springs Celebrations District , 80 miles to Dallas, 40 miles to Canton, and 60 miles to Tyler. There are three bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room. The posted nightly fee listed indicates one bedroom for 1 to 2 guest. If you require additional bedrooms please indicate by the number of guests. The living room is furnished with sofa, recliner and flat screen TV with DVD player and collection of DVDs. Cellular WiFi available. The kitchen is fully furnished. WalMart is 2 miles down the road. The large driveway will accommodate a boat or recreational trailer. This house is on a busy hwy and pet are not recommended. The house has a spacious living room, kitchen/ dining room, 1 bathroom with tub/ shower combo, laundry room and a 1 car carport. It also has a very large yard. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room. The posted nightly rental fee is for 1 bedroom. If you are in need of 2 or 3 bedrooms please indicate with the number of guests. I am 1/2 mile away and will have my phone with me at all times. I do drive by frequently going to town. There is only 2 houses that are close. No public transportation.
