Cozy 1 bedroom in Elkridge, considered one of the best places to live in Maryland and located midway between Baltimore and Washington, DC. 15 minute drive to the Inner Harbor and downtown Baltimore, 10 minute drive to BWI, approx. 45 min- an hour drive to DC (depending on traffic and time of day). 20 minute drive to closest MARC train stop. The bedroom is in the third floor of the house, a couple set of stairs to climb to upper level, with a full bath right across from the bedroom. Full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Washer and dryer is available for use on the second floor of the house, if needed. Please treat our beloved home and belongings with care. Location is very ideal, between Baltimore and Washington, DC. About 10 minutes to BWI, 50 min to IAD and DCA. Less than 10 minutes away from Costco, Trader Joe's, Wegman's. Lots of options for restaurants and bars close to the area. Parking: There are a couple of Visitor parking spots in our court, but street parking is free and available in and around the court. Closest DC Metro Stop: Greenbelt (Green line) - 20 minutes away Closest MARC train stop: Odenton - 20 minutes away Closest AMTRAK stop: BWI - 10 minutes away COVID-19 Considerations: - Vaccinated guests are welcome to book. Because of my line of work, I am unable to host unvaccinated individuals.
