This is often the case for some lake rental homes. Stay here and take the short walk from the deck to the dock! You'll also have exclusive use of a new two-story dock with a swim pier and a boat lift for your boat. The upper deck is partially covered so you can enjoy the panoramic views while still sitting in the shade. There is also a covered deck off the family room with a gas grill and plenty of seating. A new 50' Plasma TV with surround sound hangs on the family room wall and there are two additional flat screen TV's in the house as well. Let us know if you have questions. As of June 2014 we have added a new sidewalk to the pier and point with a gentle slope and only 6 - 7 stairs total. We have also sodded the yard and added new landscaping and a new, larger grill.
