Villa Cornelia is a cozy mountain home in Saw Creek Estates, a beautiful 4-season & amenity packed community. You can enjoy the comfort and security of a gated community. Amenities include 2 indoor pools, 3 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 playgrounds, 2 basketball courts, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, walking trails, 2 Lakes, Paddle Boats, Kayaks, Fishing Pond, racquetball courts, a fitness center, ski hill with lift, a baseball field, basketball courts, and Top of the World Restaurant! Villa Cornelia has an open floor plan, with open kitchen and high ceilings. This 1470 sq ft house has 3 bedrooms, 1 loft, 2 full baths and 1 large living room. and dining room. In addition, you have a large deck off the living room, an enclosed den and enough parking for 5 to 6 cars. Our house is located inside Saw Creek Estates, in Bushkill, Pennsylvania a gated community with four full-size outdoor swimming pools, two indoor pools, lakes, tennis courts and gym and many, many more amenities (amenity list below). The house has a master bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and on the second floor, there is one bedrooms with a queen sized bed. It also has a bedroom with 2 twin sized beds (not bunk beds) and an upstairs loft. The loft can sleep comfortably 4 people, it has a two twin daybeds with twin trundle beds that you can pull out. Please note: The loft is our 4th bedroom! There are ceiling fans in all rooms, as well as additional portable fans! There is a large sofa, a chair and a leather loveseat in the main living room. We have great wifi, and access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. A 55 inch TV hangs above the Fireplace and another 30 inch TV is upstairs in the loft area, both are outfitted with a Amazon Fire Stick, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Netflix accounts. The dining room has a big solid wood table that can easily fit 8 people. There is an AC unit in the living room. The Kitchen The kitchen has all the necessary pots and pans, dish ware and utensils. The counter is surrounded by six bar stools. If you will be cooking and forgot some spices, you are free to use ours! You might find salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar and some other spices. We are providing for you coffee and tea, with sugar and creamer. We try to leave you some bottles of water in the fridge. Guests have access to the entire house, except for a closet under the stairs which is used for storage by hosts. In addition, there are 6 amenity badges in the kitchen that give you access to all the amenities of Saw Creek. Don’t loose these amenity tags as replacement cost is $50 for each lost tag. Additional guest tags can be purchased for $10 per person per day at the Saw Creek Administration Office. In addition to an information binder left on the kitchen counter, we are available via phone for any questions. There is a large deck with comfortable sitting area and firepit. All cushions are kept in the den. Also a large outside dining table with 6 chairs. Please make sure to bring them inside if rain is expected. There is a camera outside to monitor the entrance. This camera records video, pictures and sound. The house has a driveway that can fit 5 to 6 cars. This is a gated community and Saw Creek Community requires all guests to be registered before arrival. Be nice and cooperate! Unregistered guests will pay $100 per night extra for the entire stay of your reservation, unless authorized by us! The closet under the stairs is the only area guests do not have access to. We always try to respond very fast via AirBnb Messaging but in case of emergencies (problem locking the door, etc), please call Hans directly. Amenities include: four full-size outdoor swimming pools, two indoor pools, two kiddie pools, three whirlpool spas, nine tennis courts, two basketball courts, a beach, a fishing pond, a walking trail, a racquetball court, a fitness center with a weight room, a volleyball court, two playgrounds (for ages 12-and-under), an after-school game room that holds children’s arts & crafts programs throughout the summer months, and a regulation-sized baseball field. And that’s not all. In the winter, Saw Creek’s Ski Hill offers an exhilarating down-hill skiing experience - complete with lessons and rentals. A sleigh riding slope provides an extra measure of winter fun. Saw Creek’s on-site dining facilities combine exceptional cuisine with outstanding service. Great food, beverages and entertainment are plentiful at the Top of the World Restaurant. There is also a snack bar and a poolside Tiki Bar at Saw Creek, each conveniently located within the community. Bushkill, PA is home to the famous Bushkill Falls. In addition, you are close to the Delaware Water Gap, the Premium Crossing Outlet mall in Tannersville, Camelback resort (and Camelbeach waterpark) and Mount Airy Casino. There are lots of hiking choices and the white tail deer like to visit often. We have a camera outside the house to monitor the entrance for safety. Only your registered guests are allowed on property. Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests. Guests over 6 people pay an additional $50 per person per night, when booking through Airbnb. Please don’t sneak in additional guests. Violators of this rule will be charged a $150 penalty in addition to the $50 per person per night! Please note that children 2 years and up pay as an adult.
