The Redondo Retreat

An original California beach house ideally situated for those looking to indulge in the South Bay lifestyle. Built in 1908, this stand-alone, secluded house offers guests peace and quiet without sacrificing access to all the awesome things Redondo Beach has to offer. Across the street from the oldest, tree-filled park in the city, perfect for kids or a game of bocce ball. Walking distance to beaches, the pier, dining, and all sorts of entertainment. This is a quiet spot and we live in the front house on the property. Quiet times are 8 p.m. on weeknights at 10 p.m. on weekends. Absolutely no parties our loud music. Please keep volume low when walking next to the front house, on front porch and outside in covered patio. Noise travels and we want to be respectful to our neighbors since the bungalow is located in a very quiet family neighborhood. This is a NO SMOKING property. Smoking substances of any kind is prohibited. Portable AC unit available upon request. Cools house well--rarely needed due to ocean breezes.
