Private Beloit Apartment-Beloit College

Charming one bedroom lower flat close to Beloit College. This apartment is fully furnished with many onsite amenities. Enjoy a bath in the giant claw foot tub or sit on the private back porch. This large, private, one-bedroom lower apartment is spacious, bright and clean. The house was built in 1900 so please expect some of the charming patina that comes with age. The house is complete with an eat-in kitchen, private back deck, living room, diningroom, bedroom and one full bath with a claw foot tub and shower combo. I also have a TV and wifi available. I promise you’ll feel at home. The City of Beloit uses well water so it’s hard with a slight mineral taste. I hear some people love it but if you don’t I’ve provided some bottled water in the refrigerator. For your convenience, guests will be provided with a front door code and key to access the private apartment. Please don't worry about arriving late for your stay! Our preference is to let our guests enjoy their stay without us around. I'm available by phone anytime though. Please don't hesitate to call me or text me if you need anything. This apartment is located on the fashionable east side near Beloit College. Easy alternate side street parking is available right in front of the house. When booking please register the correct number of guests in all parties. No social gathering or parties. This apartment is one unit in a two-family (duplex).
