The apartment is just a few blocks away from the Independence Main Street/downtown, which has a number of coffee shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes’ drive from Monmouth and WOU and only 20 minutes to Corvallis or Salem. Updated studio in Independence, Oregon, a small town conveniently located between Corvallis and Salem. The apartment features a large living area and a full kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, and standard cookware. The property has a nice, wooded background bordered by a small creek, but is still just a short five minute walk to historic downtown Independence or a few minutes' drive from WOU. It is ideal for individuals and couples looking for a casual, affordable space to stay for a night or two. Pets are welcome! Unfortunately, the apartment can only be accessed by stairway, and is not wheelchair accessible at this time. We are currently living in and renovating the one-story home also located on the property. Keys to the studio will be provided by the host during check-in. Please leave the keys on the studio’s coffee table before exiting the unit. We have a six-year-old corgi mix named Sullivan who you may see from time to time. He is well-behaved and gets along well with other dogs and children.
