Upstairs 2 bedroom Private Apt Off I- 55 in Pevely

Cozy, open living, and a beautiful view awaits you here in Gobbler Hollow. This is an upstairs apartment located in Pevely (Right outside of St Louis) Our property sits on 10.5 acres with three short term rental neighboring houses and an RV Pad. We live on the main floor, but the space is completely separate with its own entrance and amenities. We do not allow pets as it is carpeted. There is some noise in the area on Summer Saturday nights because of the race track. We have a comfy couch, a big 60" TV, a large eat in kitchen, and a sweet view. We are kind of secluded from the city! I have a queen bed, a twin and full bunk bed. This is all private guest space. We can not access the home. We do share a small breezeway. When you pull up to the house park right by the first RED door with all the windows. I am around if you need me but you can usually reach me by text or app We love this area. Its quiet and close to EVERYTHING but you aren't right in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city. Close enough to get anywhere in under 20 minutes but far enough away to not hear much. If its a summer, Saturday Night in Pevely, you will hear the race cars! We are about 30 min from downtown St Louis. You will need a car to get around here. 30 min from downtown. You can use Uber as well but may be Expensive if you are going into town. You can pretty much park anywhere and utilize our property. There is a walking trail behind the field. You do have to walk upstairs. This is an upstairs apartment off of a big house. No shared spaces. We do live downstairs and we have a dog. There is also a cat that lives on the property outdoors only. It does not go upstairs to where you will be sleeping. Our dog Dash likes to chase cars. He just wants to make sure you are going where you need to be going! We try to keep him on a leash and a chain while you’re around. My children have a tendency to let him out anytime he rings the bell. If its a summer, Saturday Night in Pevely, you will hear the race cars because we are very close to Pevely Race Track. We don’t hear them anymore because we have lived here for years and we usually listen to the radio or watch TV. There is an RV Pad that we sometimes have rented out on the property but it is always kept quiet and clean. I provide very basic necessities and cookware. If you plan on bigger meals or are wanting something specific....Ask me. I will try provide items that accent your stay if I am able. I am always open to being available for anything you need. If you are staying longer (Two weeks plus) we need to work out a time for the apartment to be cleaned and there will be a small fee involved. If you would like to take on cleaning duties I am happy to provide cleaning items. I will send you a request for extra payment if not. I also would provide access to a washer and dryer one day a week if you needed it as well $10 a week. If you bring a service/support animal please keep it leashed and keep identifying tags on it.
