This unit is a large studio in the back of the property complete from kitchenette to spa-like bathroom and very generous walk in closet. Please look at the pictures and you will see it. Large studio with chick living room and a kitchenette. Spacious spa-like bathroom with large tub not to mention a generous walk in closet. The room is right by a relaxing zen garden being shared with other guests where you can relax, unwind or simply meditate any time of day. Zen Garden at the center of the property shares by other guests as well. Washer and dryer (for free - please provide your own laundry detergent) located in the garage shared by other guests. 3 bicycles are available for free use also located in the garage. These bicycles are being shared by the other guests so its first come first serve. Close to various cafe's, clothing store, belmont shore, downtown long beach and many more. * 10 minutes away to long beach downtown and convention center. * Close to very famous Queen Mary as well as 2nd street on Belmont Shore. * About a mile away from the beach. About 30 minutes away from Disneyland (depends on traffic flow) * 45-minutes away from Universal Studio (depends on traffic flow as well). Parking for 2 cars on the property driveway is first come first serve. However, plenty of free street parking. Please note, Fridays are street sweeping day on the side of the property so please make sure to park on the other side of the street on that day or other non-street sweeping areas.
