Most comfortable queen sized bed, A smart TV with free Netflix and ruku. shared bathroom & living room, kitchen w/fridge space, microwave, stove,utensils. 5-10 minutes drive to everything( Malls, Hwys to NYC & LIRR). 40-1hr drive to NYC. -15-20 minute drive to Farmingdale, Melville business area -In Huntington: nice restaurants, parks/trails, bars, lounges, pool halls, comedy clubs, etc. -Self check-in. Also free laundry service is available if you are staying for 7 days or more. The house is supplied with bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows. All linens are freshly laundered prior to your arrival. We provide your initial supply of paper products, soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc. Your stay will be very valuable for us. There is a 99.9 % chance that I will meet you at the door to welcome you and to exchange keys but just incase, house has a lock box outside so you can also self check in. If you are driving and I have parking available at the property then you are Welcome to park in the driveway, If not then you can park on the street right next to the house. Area is pretty safe so no worries about parking on street.
