large comfortable couch located in the common space light filled adobe on 22ac of land. artist and spouse live there . quiet solar adobe home, deep and long comfortable couch sheets blankets, towels, in a common space., use of the tiny kitchen & cooking area is not included but depending on the energy, times and circumstances it may be available. . Great view and outdoor seating. common space, bathroom, garden, outdoor patio seating and lounging, orchard, river. depending on the time and circumstances and guest’s needs. all is fluid rural interesting place , 1/4 mile from Abiquiu town center and Bodes General Store. many wonderful hiking places very rural and very minimal bus/ public transportation . parking available near NM 84. We have pets, cats and a dog who live outdoors but are in the house at times.
