Multiple flower and vegetable gardens , bird feeding stations, nesting boxes and bird baths attract a variety of birds year round. Quiet country setting. Large fenced in yard. Pet friendly. I am a Registered Nurse and would welcome travel nurses for extended stays. apartment is cleaned per covid protocol. I am fully vaccinated. extended stays are an option for everyone. Stays of one wk or longer may use washer and dryer. Lots of off-street parking but will need vehicle to get around I live upstairs and will respond quickly to your questions or needs My home is located directly between Albany and Saratoga. There are 2 golf courses within 1-2 mi. . Minutes to Saratoga. Easy commute to race track or SPAC. Two kayak /canoe launches w/in 10 min, Round lake nature preserve and Stillwater community park on the Hudson River. Downhill and cross country skiing in nearby towns. The Saratoga National Battle field in Stillwater is a great place to cross country ski or just walk. Dogs are welcome there but must be kept on leash as there is a large deer population in the park. Great area for leaf peeping. There are a few local restaurants in Mechanicvile and a market. The Ugly Rooster is outstanding for breakfast , and lunch or brunch. There is also The End Zone restaurant and sports bar And Bubbles restaurant. 5 minutes away is the beginning of the Zim Smith 12 mi. paved biking and walking trail. Vehicle needed You will see bluebirds nesting in a box right outside your window on and off from April through August. But I have also had chickadees and the gorgeous tree swallows nest in any of the 4 boxes.
