The Space People love our property because it's extremely comfortable, convenient and fun! We have always enjoyed all-day sunlight which is extremely rare in Mill Valley as many other properties are covered in darkness with hills, trees and the mountain. When it's time to venture out, literally steps out our door; there are romantic restaurants, independent bookstores, funky coffee houses, cafes, tons of shopping, a mom and pop grocery store, movie theater, live music, the "town square", hiking and biking trails and all the best Mill Valley has to offer! Back inside, we have beautiful vintage hardwood floors, a well appointed kitchen, romantic remote-controlled gas fireplace, large bedrooms, Wifi, flat-screen TV. The large capacity washer and dryer is conveniently tucked inside the hall closet and one dedicated off-street parking space is all yours. Relax or entertain in the backyard patio where outdoor furniture and strings of light await. Our spacious three bedrooms (1 en suite) sleep 5 comfortably. At 1200 SF +/- our space is nearly five times the size of a typical hotel room. Enjoy two full-baths including a tub in the master. The entire home is located on the second floor which is accessed by either an interior or exterior staircase consisting of 12 or 14 steps respectively. You are up and off the street, and every convenience within the apartment is on one level. We also have a one (1) bedroom apartment below with its own separate entrance that we also rent with VRBO (4150760). The front of the building (storefront) is a luxe beauty salon. Waxing, eyebrow tinting, blow-outs and cuts are all available. Guest's love it :-) Sleeping Configuration: The Rental is configured to sleep Five (5) within three bedrooms. Two bedrooms features a Queen-Size bed, and the third provides a Full-Size bed. Truly the ideal year-round destination location due in part to our temperate climate and proximity to San Francisco, Muir Woods, the Wine Country, Point Reyes National Seashore, Stinson and Muir Beaches, Silicon Valley, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Monterey, Carmel by the Sea, and Lake Tahoe.
