It is quiet and peaceful here as the property is surrounded on 2 sides by a farm and sits back from the road. There is plenty of off street parking and public transportation runs on our street. A car, however is preferable to best enjoy the area. We are close to major roads and the interstate, historic sites, Christiana Mall, University of Delaware, Wilmington and Philadelphia airports. This property is also not appropriate for booking as an address simply to receive packages and other deliveries; it is a place for overnight rest/sleep. We allow smoking outside only - legal tobacco products or vaping. Recreational cannabis use is illegal in Delaware. We don't allow cannabis on the property. We don't allow medical-use cannabis here either, since we don't have the privacy required by law - we are a public space. Discreet use of alcoholic beverages is allowed, but drunkenness is not.
