Our in-town, family-friendly condo is within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge and a quick (free) bus ride to the slopes. Two spacious bedrooms, a large living area, updated kitchen and two immaculate bathrooms make for a comfortable home away from home for the whole family. Relax in the indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas at the clubhouse. Read a book in front of our fireplace. Go for a hike along the river or on nearby trails. Play tennis, basketball, or volleyball on the private courts. Love at first stay! Take advantage of our fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and all the conveniences of home. Seating for 6 at the dining room table. Use the gas grill on the balcony just off of the kitchen. The community clubhouse includes an indoor pool, hot tub, and saunas. Go for a swim and feel free to use the pool towels that we provide. We upgraded the master bedroom (queen) bed to a Sleep Number. Now you can adjust each side to the level of firmness/softness that you prefer. Get a great night's sleep... maybe even better than at home! We are an easy 10-15 min walk (downhill!) to the center of Main Street. You can also jump on the Breckenridge "Free Ride" shuttle to or from downtown and several ski lifts. The shuttle comes right to the front of our complex. Stay in touch with friends back home using the free Wifi, and kick back and watch tv or a movie in either the living room or master bedroom. We have cable tv and a large collection of DVDs for your enjoyment. In addition, we offer free access to several streaming services: Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime video. Our condo includes one covered parking spot. Extra parking is also available a few steps away from the unit. SUPER CLEAN! Our professional cleaners follow CDC guidelines to ensure our condo is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. As you can see from our reviews, we have always prided ourselves on the quality of cleaning. Our goal is for you to relax and enjoy your stay! There is no front desk or keys you have to bother with; a keyless code is used to access the unit. Pack light and make use of our convenient in-condo washer and dryer. We provide detergent and dryer sheets. Our large private balcony is perfect for relaxing, grilling, and enjoying the mountain views. Random perk: enjoy listening to music or a podcast when you shower/bathe in the hall bathroom. The ceiling light includes a Bluetooth speaker!
