a SIMPLE place

A townhouse with one huge bedroom (bed/office), one master bedroom & additional beds. You are booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and streert parking. Garage won't be available (09/21 - 05 /22). SIMPLE PLACE is good for anyone. The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Temporary or short-term bookings are welcome. Infants are welcome, play pan available upon request. The name said it all, a SIMPLE place. Perfect for a family with 4 people. It is Appx. 1300sq feet with a small back yard with fire pit and grill, a huge bedroom with 2 queen size beds, TVs and a sofa bed, a kitchen, and laundry appliances. Ruko TV along with access to Netflix and Amazon prime videos. Everywhere and 100% privacy. How ever there are security cameras in the garage and one aiming at the front entrance (please do not unplug it). I am not available on Sunday. Friendly neighbors. I have been known and a good friend with my next door for more than 10 years. Uber or car-sharing is one of the options. If you are planning to go to downtown Chicago with public transportation the best route is to take taxi or Uber to Blue-line (by the airport) then take the Blue-line to Chicago. Security cameras installed in the garage and one aiming at the front entrance. I respect your privacy, however; I must have some kind of security to monitor my properties in the garage and outside at all times. I hope you would understand. Pets are welcome upon request but no pet allowed on the bed. Babies and toddlers are welcome.
