6,000 sq ft furnished French Provincial custom home built on a private wooded lot. Located in the quiet, friendly town of Warrenville, just minutes from downtown Naperville and Wheaton. Less than a 5 minute drive to I-88 access, which whisks you away to downtown Chicago. The open plan gourmet kitchen boasts a large smart screen TV and plenty of seating. The downstairs master suite offers a huge en-suite bathroom with soaking tub. Upstairs you will find 4 additional bedrooms, each offering their own en-suite bathroom. Guests are welcome to enjoy the comprehensive cable package available on all TV's in addition to the high speed internet. Bedroom #1 (Master) 1st floor, 1 king bed Bedroom #2 2nd floor, 2 twin beds and twin bunkbeds Bedroom #3 2nd floor, 1 queen bed Bedroom #4 2nd floor, 1 king bed and 1 crib Bedroom #5 2nd floor, 1 twin bed and 1 lofted twin bed Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Furnished Home Available for a minimum one week stay or up to 6 months. Cleaning fees can be arranged weekly depending on your length of stay. IL Taxes are not included but will be applied at end of rental. Wide hallways for Wheel Chair on 1st floor. Enjoy the entire home including the basement Media Center; Bar and Pool Table. Easy access to all major highways and tollways. 1 Mile to I-88 Ramp to Chicago only 30 miles to downtown. Naperville is 5 minutes away. METRA Train also nearby. WiFi login and TV details on site. House located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Schools and Church within walking distance. Home and neighborhood does not allow for large parties such as New Years Eve; Super Bowl; St. Patrick's Day; 4th of July; or Labor Day Weekend. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate Weddings, Anniversaries or Family Reunions. There is no public transportation nearby. Lyft and Uber your best bet. Great walking trails nearby. A Cleaning and Housekeeping fee will be added to your reservation which is completed after your checkout. All bedding and towels are done by the service. A Security Deposit of $5,000 is in place and required for any house damage. Please no smoking or vaping. If smoke is evident a $500 fee will be charged for air purification machine and labor. Small Pets allowed but Pet Security Deposit of $1000 is required. This will cover any Carpet or Hardwood Floor damage and cleaning. Please note there is no fence on the property. Coyotes have been seen along with Deer. Those who disconnect my TVs and sound system without returning system to functioning properly, will be charged $500 so a technician can be called in to repair. This is our home. We still live here when home is not being rented. Please be considerate.
