We are located in a very convenient location, but also offer privacy with a fenced in backyard and patio space. Approximately 650 square feet of studio space to call your own, a private entrance, balcony, and bathroom with divided shower room. VERY steep stairs entering apartment. Futon mattress made of 100% wool-cotton blend and coils, giving the comfort of a bed! Plus, a pull out love set that is the comfort of a full size bed! Kitchen stocked with coffee pot, microwave and other cooking accessories. Smoke free apartment. Welcome to my home! I take pride in making my studio your home away from home! My family of four live in the remainder area of the house, but I can assure you, that as a landlord for years, your privacy matters! Our home is located in Barre, Vermont, home of the World's famous granite quarries! Barre is halfway between Burlington and Waterbury/Stowe to the north, and White River Jct. and Lebanon, NH south. Plus ample hiking and/or scenic drives nearby! Only 5 minutes drive to interstate 89, and 5 minute walk to local bus transportation and downtown. Ask your host about guided tours too! We do have a friendly pooch who will sometimes get excited and bark! We’re working on expressing our feelings in less noisy ways, but for the time being don’t be surprised if you hear Sable occasionally. :)
