Eagle Adventure Hideout

Hello! Thanks for taking a look! Hope you enjoy your stay in my townhome in Eagle and all that it has to offer! The space consists a private basement bedroom/bathroom/and living room. All spaces are fully furnished and equipped! This space is in the basement level of a 3 story town-home. There is a living room area within the space with a pull-out couch and a 42" TV, Firestick device with many streaming apps, and a coffee maker. If needed, you have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen upstairs with space in the fridge during your stay. I sleep on the third level which allows a sense of privacy for everyone. Feel free to use the shared washer/dryer on the basement level. Also, there could be a possibility to add guests on the pull-out for an additional $25 per person/night. Unlimited parking in the front and back of the unit Basement bedroom/bathroom Shared kitchen TV and couch with pull-out on basement level Garage storage space for toys if necessary Back deck for BBQing I work a lot and when I'm not working I'm typically outside enjoying the Colorado mountains. When I'm not doing either of these things, I enjoy relaxing at home and would be glad to show you around Eagle, grab a beer at a brewery, or hang out at home. My townhouse is located in a prime area of Eagle Ranch. You can enjoy miles of mountain bike trails and walking trails, fly fishing on the nearby creeks and rivers and a public golf course. One block away you can find a variety of restaurants and breweries within Eagle Ranch Village. Only two miles to the I-70 corridor and four miles to the Vail-Eagle Airport. There is an Eagle County transit system the runs up and down I-70 for very affordable prices. (About $4-7 each way) These stops are about 2-3 miles from the townhouse. Also, everything in Eagle is within biking distance and most everything is within walking distance. Feel free to contact me about taxi services. (Ride Taxi is the most affordable service) In addition to me, there is one other roommate who lives on the third level part time during the winter.
