The two large bedrooms equipped with queen bed, are very comfortable and offer all the privacy and tranquility you are looking for. A large open space wherein is the kitchen (fully equipped) and dining room. The dining room and the living room communicates with the gallery on the south by two large windows ( french doors ), The south gallery (240 sq ft) offer a view up on the wildlife reserve and Mount Sutton. The apartment also contains a beautiful bathroom where you will find all that is necessary. The lake, less than 2 km from the house, also offers many activities and in all seasons swimming, boat ride, kayaking, fishing (deep water and ice), kitesurfing and windsurfing and of course drink at the marina! For hikers and skiers, the location of the Rail Road House is ideal since Mount Bromont, Orford and Sutton are less than 15 minutes. The region is traversed by cycle tracks, one of whose access is at less than 100 m. Welcome guests in our house ! The 3rd floor is totally dedicated for you. Following facilities are available: washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, AC, television, satellite receiver and wifi. We will have the opportunity to meet you and talk during your stay, since we live on the 1st and 2nd floor of the house !! :) We live in a beautiful area on the edge of a wildlife sanctuary near Lake Brome. We are at the heart of the countryside of Eastern Townships, 8 minutes from the beautiful village of Knowlton. The area is criss-crossed by bike paths including a link, and less than 100 m. For hikers and skiers, the location of the Guest House is ideal since Orford, Bromont and Sutton Mountains are less than 15 minutes. The lake, less than 5 min away, offers many activities in every season; swim, boat, kayak, fishing (whitewater and ice), kiteboarding and windsurfing and of course drink at the marina!
