We are 5 minutes from a golf course, 10 minutes from a boat landing on lake Keowee, 15 minutes from restaurants and grocery, and 25 minutes from Table Rock , Clemson University, and white water rafting . Our home is very cozy due to the light, the comfy bed , the kitchen, and the rec room with pool table. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We are only 15 minutes from Duke Power. Our home is well suited for contractors to stay for an outage. Ample parking for groups or multiple trucks with boats. Large deck and gas grill. You will full access to the main floor, garage, and second floor and parking areas. Basement is isolated as owners shop and in home office. We are usually 30 minutes from the home when guests are here. In the winter months we will be in Florida but have people that can assist with anything needed. It is a rural setting that is not in a subdivision. Grocery is about 15 minutes from the home. Other stores are between 15 and 25 minutes from the home.
