If you are in need of any additional items, I can respond quickly. This home is centrally located to all attractions in the city of Washington. You can't get mush closer than this home. Within a short walk is a local brewery, famous Wings restaurant, Shorty's hot dogs and numerous attractions. The area is a low crime district and the police and fire stations Area travel is fairly simple. Public transportation, cabs and Uber are available. Traffic is generally not an issue. The Washington Park is minutes away an d Pennsylvania has a "rails to trails" walking paths around the area.
