Grassy Point Getaway

This rental is close to Grassy Point where there are beautiful sunsets. You’ll love it because of the high ceilings and the location. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Whole house. Off season 3 days minimum. Please read house manual in advance of your arrival, there are unique requirements (#16). In general we look for a minimum 7 day booking during the summer but do make exceptions if we find there are there unbooked days between full week rentals. Due to water restrictions and to ease demand on septic system we ask that you bring your own linens for beds. See details (#16) on the house manual. House accommodates 8.
