One small 'owner's closet' is reserved in the sun room/office. The rest of the house, lawn and porch is for your use. You will likely not see me unless you need me or if I'm by to mow the yard. I'm always available via AirBnB messenger, text or phone. I want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. The neighborhood is great for walking/running. We're just a few blocks from Edison Middle School. For shopping and restaurants a vehicle is needed. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The bus route is close by but your best bet will be to have your own vehicle. Parking is shared with the guest in the garage apt. Two cars can share the driveway if parked close to the garage or one can be in driveway and the other can park to the right of the driveway, in the grass between the drive and sidewalk. Parking on the street will block mailboxes. The property also has a garage apartment in rear. It is also listed on AirBnB. So there may be guests walking down the driveway to access their accommodations.
