This home features a brand new kitchen equipped with a full fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and all you need to make and eat meals. Freshly painted, new furniture, new queen bed and bedding. Indiana Dunes National Park - 15 miles I-65 highway - 3 miles County Line Orchard - 2.8 miles Downtown Hobart - 1.1 miles Downtown Chicago - 43 miles Downtown Valparaiso - 12 miles Downtown Crown Point - 14 miles Deep River Waterpark - 4.6 miles Albanese Candy Factory - 5.9 miles Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! We look forward to hosting you. We prefer to keep communication on the airbnb platform. Very quiet nice area. Surrounded by friendly neighbors and calm atmosphere. We love simply sitting on the front porch steps! Sidewalks all around to go for walks, runs, head downtown, etc. We do not charge a cleaning fee! I (Kelly) personally clean each of our locations. We have a 5 star rating for cleanliness! That’s not to toot my own horn but to say that we believe no one will take better care of our locations and make sure they are in perfect shape for our guests.
