Home is nestled on 2 acres just off Butterfield Rd ~ North Naperville is just on the other side of the Trees ~4 minutes to Route 59 and less than 10 minutes to I-88. A Warm & Welcoming Atmosphere to stay. Beautiful outdoor quiet setting on large acreage with Pond. Large cozy room (25x15) with sitting area with Recliner Chair and sleeper sofa, dining area, TV, and kitchenette. Parking Available. Private Exterior Entrance/Exit This a perfect spot for a cozy weekend getaway, or a relaxing end to a travel work day. Surrounded by woods and nature you can take a deep breath and enjoy some quiet, but still near all that the city and local towns have to offer. Great location, and comfortable stay. Guest will have access to laundry room, beautiful backyard with fire pit, and easy parking. Parking Available. Private Exterior Entrance/Exit to Unit I will greet guests and show the space; but will be available as much or as little as guest would like. Will be available by text for any questions. The house is located in the heart of the charming village of Warrenville, giving it a small town feel you will fall in love with. Surrounded by lush wooded areas and close to many forest preserves perfect for hiking, fishing, and kayaking. The Illinois Prairie Path is just down the block for riding, running or walking. Plus, a short drive to the busier side of town that is full of good eats, Starbucks, super target, and a large movie theater. There is free, easy access parking at house. Many guests have also used Uber and Lift to get from Airbnb to surrounding area. Closest Metra train station is at Route 59 stop approximately 2.5 miles away, for easy access to city and surrounding suburbs. Less than 1 hr. drive to downtown at low traffic times. Approx. 30 min drive to O’Hare airport at low traffic times. 10 min drive to popular Chicago Premium Outlets. -There is a private half bath next to room, but a shared full bath with shower on first floor. -My family includes a large, very friendly dog and cat. They do not have access to lower level, but do on the first floor.
