You can literally park your car and never move it. This town has a grocery store, banks, post office, hardware, bike shop and some very unique restaurants. If you are an outdoor lover you have a huge variety of outdoor activities at your fingertips. I think getting around town once you are here, is great by bicycle or walking, but you can always use your car. We do have plenty of free parking. We are close to the train but so is everybody else in this area so you will hear some train noise at times, but most of the time its very peaceful. If you happen to hear a loud siren, don't panic it's the local fire company and they do go out for everything from fires to car accidents. We do have a nice little grocery store in town where you can get just about anything you need. People ask about rentals, we do have a bike shop in town and an rafting outfitter where you can take a guided tour or rent your own equipment. We have plenty of free parking.
