Hi there, Thank you for looking. We are within walking distance to Andy's produce, Roasters Coffee and the Joe Rodota trail (15 min walk) which leads directly to downtown Sebastopol. The location is perfect! It's close to Summerfield Waldorf, the Vine Hill House, Lynmar Winery, Dutton and Red Car Winery, Sebastopol Golf Course, Mom's Apple Pie, Kozlowski Farms and the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club. The guesthouse is private and to the rear of the house and it faces an open garden area with large troughs full of garden edibles for your cooking and cocktails. Included is a fabulous 'lil cocktail bar with mixers. Two adirondack chairs sit under the huge apple tree and the summer time brings a beautiful grape vines with delicious purple table grapes on the patio. The location is 1 minute to the bank, grocery store, fast food as well as wonderful restaurants. The Famous Barlow Urban area is within a 5 min drive..There you'll find the Crooked Goat Brewery, Seismic Brewery, sushi and wonderful gathering areas. Set just off Hwy 116 on a private lane. You cannot go wrong with our place.
