Sunflower Lofts D

Welcome to The Sunflower Lofts! These modern, fully furnished apartment style accommodations are located in the heart of downtown Clarksdale. With a coffee shop just a few doors down and all the best restaurants & music venues within walking distance, you won't even need to get in the car until you leave! We accept long and short-term guests, so stay with us for one night or a few weeks! No pets. No smoking. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. We do not accept local reservations. Sunflower Loft D is a 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom, loft style apartment. With one queen sized bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area, this loft will comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Guests will feel right at home with the full kitchen, complete with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and even coffee included! Weary travels fear not - a washer and dryer are both located within the laundry closet of this loft, so you can wash your travel clothes in the comfort of your own accommodations. All linens and bedding are provided. Cable television is available in each bedroom as well as the living room. Of course, Wi-Fi is also included. The property has only 4 lofts in total, so there is not much traffic or noise in the building! Each of our lofts has a contemporary look with an airy feel, along with large windows that provide plenty of natural light. No pets. No smoking. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. We do not accept local reservations. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a 4-digit code to access both the entry door (ground level) and the loft door (upstairs - no elevator). We have 4 lofts in total, and the only shared space is the hallway. Guest parking is free street parking on Sunflower Avenue. We do not have assigned spots, but there is always a spot close by. The entry door is easy to find - just look for the yellow hanging sign that says, "Sunflower Lofts." Once you've parked, you can walk pretty much anywhere you'd like to go in the downtown area. If you want to venture away from downtown, we suggest driving your car (there is no public transportation and cabs are scarce). Our neighborhood is Downtown Clarksdale. The neighboring buildings are primarily businesses, and we are within walking distance to many local favorites! One of our neighbors is a nonprofit coffee shop. Just down the street, you'll find Red's Lounge - an infamous juke joint. Ground Zero Blues Club is just a block away. Restaurants, shops, artist studios, and more are all within a 2-3 block radius. Our building has free, street parking available right by the front door. Afterward, you may not need your car at all. Most of Clarksdale's points of interest are within walking distance. If you want to venture off, you'll need to take your car as there is no public transportation available. Due to a few bad apples, we have had to make the decision to no longer accept any local reservations. We apologize for this inconvenience.
