Idyllic Lakeside Victorian Farmhouse

The Lake House is a restored 1880's farmhouse that is nestled on the western slope of Seneca Lake. During the off-season it has been used as a Bed and Breakfast. It is very private, surrounded by woods and garden, on 10 acres of land in the midst of The Seneca Wine Trail as well as the growing chocolate and cheese trails. If combined with the cottage (#231064) it makes a nice haven that is especially amenable for reunions and family gatherings. Many activities to keep you busy on and off the property. In addition to 2 canoes, two kayaks, and paddle boat, there is a firepit on the beach. There is swimming and fishing (w/ license) off the dock.
