Located 90 minutes from Denver and 15-20 minutes from Winter Park / Mary Jane ski resorts and the Western Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and Shadow Mountain Reservoir. Mountain Home features include: 7HD Tvs with Xfinity access and a surround sound system in the basement for movie nights. Master bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom with one king size bed. Third bedroom with a queen size bed and memory foam rollaway bed store in the closed. 4th bedroom in the basement with bunk bed; 2 single beds with a trundle bed. A loft area with a pull out sofa. There are three full bathrooms. The dining room also seats up to six and three in the kitchen island area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and serving utensils, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and a Keurig single serve coffee maker for your use. Relax in the living room with a gas fireplace for chilly nights. In-home washer and dryer are available to keep up with your laundry needs. Additional Sleeping: Twin sized Pullout Sleeper in the loft area and queen-size blow-up mattress. There are 7 HD TVs: one in each bedroom, one in the loft area, and one in the basement with home theater surround sound. Xfinity Double Play is part of your stay (Internet/WiFi, Cable) Outdoor BBQ Grill. Winter Activities: SKI: Skiing is everywhere in the area. Ski Granby Ranch resort (minutes away - walking distance) is designed for skiers and riders of all ages and abilities, which makes it the perfect place for families; night skiing is available and the lifts are within walking distance. This property is also located 21 miles from Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resorts, provides wide variety of ski resorts in the area. TUBING: Fraser Tubing Hill is also a great family attraction - 15 minutes drive away! Summer Activities: BIKE: Ski Granby Ranch turns into bike trails perfect for mountain bikers. Bike Granby Ranch's retail shop provides rental that includes bikes in all sizes and equipment. GOLF: Golf Granby Ranch, a stunning 18-hole mountain course, is available for all levels of golfers and is open from May through October (weather permitting). The clubhouse is located just 1.5 miles from the home. visit the Golf Granby Ranch website for rates and availability. POOL: Granby Ranch Pool and Hot-Tub: $10 day pass via credit card payable at the Ranch Hall, to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full benefit member home in order to purchase a pass. A VRBO/Airbnb or any other type of reservation confirmation with address of the home will work as proof. FISH: Anglers will find rainbow, brook, mackinaw, cutthroat trout, and large kokanee salmon as well at the nearby Lake Granby, Shadow Mountain Reservoir, Grand Lake, and Willow Creek Reservoir. You can enjoy gold-medal fly fishing (catch and release only) on a private section three-mile stretch of the Fraser River providing a peaceful day on the water. Fishing pass can be purchased at the Golf Granby Ranch clubhouse. HIKE: Access to miles and miles of trails. Enjoy the Rocky Mountain wildlife while exploring the Nordic trails you'll discover stunning mountain views filled with wildlife. It is recommended to have a vehicle to get around and get most of what Granby Ranch / Winter Park community has to offer. Dining at Granby Ranch Grill is within about 2 minutes drive. Located slope-side at Base Lodge, the Grill features classic recipes. Many other restaurants are also recommended within the town of Granby with great food such The Granby Garage and Azteca Mexican restaurant. Cleaning protocol: We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by updating our cleaning protocol to the latest public health recommendations. Updated Cleaning Protocol The property is professional cleaned. Here is a breakdown of their protocol:  Employees are temperature checked daily and wear PPE while cleaning. Additionally, they follow good hygiene behaviors.  Rooms are ventilated before cleaning.  They clean, then disinfect the property.  They use Spartan disinfectant on surfaces that offers 3-minute disinfection for most common bacteria and viruses.  All laundry is laundered offsite at a professional location.  All bedspreads/comforters, pillows, couches and other non-launderable surfaces are sprayed with disinfectant.  Frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) are cleaned and disinfect between guests. Note: Due to current safety restrictions, Granby Ranch amenities such guest pool, chair lifts, and golf availability is currently being affected.
