A Cozy Room For You

I enjoy art and color, so the rooms are painted in bold colors. I have had great success in hosting students, business people and travelling nurses. I prefer long term stays. My home is a good choice for a female travelling alone. The long term stays are for 1 guest only. Beginning January 1, 2022, my base rate will be $65 per night. The room is very cozy! It is decorated using warm brown and pink. The mattress has a pillow top. Guests can use the kitchen, living room, deck and patio, in addition to the laundry room. I live onsite so I am easily available. During work hours, I can be reached by phone and text. I live in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Neighbors are friends. Near downtown Willoughby's restaurants, bars, events, Lake Erie, the Chagrin River, metroparks. Located near major highways and major employers. Just 25 minutes to downtown Cleveland. My rental rooms are in the home where I reside. My home is my sanctuary. I have worked very hard to have my home and to make it as beautiful as possible. I expect guests to respect me and my home at all times. My home and property is non smoking and non alcohol. In January 2022, I will be increasing my rates.
