My home is a 300 year old antique cape in a historic small town neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown banking, bakery, library, cafes and 1 mile to commuter rail (60 minutes to Boston). Middleborough is also just 30 minutes to the Cape Cod Canal and 45 minutes to Providence. Shared kitchen and laundry on first floor, during the nice weather there are seating areas, deck chairs and a hammock around the yard and chimnea in summer! The commuter rail to Boston is down the street (I mile). Grocery, library, banks, post office , bakery, cafe are walking distance but for day to day activities a car is best....I am happy to help out when I can. I share my home with 3 very social cats that do, however, respect closed doors! They are indoor/outdoor cats so until you see them you don't know they live there.... Also please note that it is a shared bath on 2nd floor... with an additional 1/2 bath on first floor.
