This custom-built home has just been built in Spring 2020 and is the ideal vacation rental. Whether you're coming for a golf weekend, family vacation or just need some time to unwind, this is the spot. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Home is perfectly located next to the popular Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club, with amazing sunset views of Lake Michigan. Arcadia is a quaint small town with most shopping and restaurants found north 15-20 minutes in Frankfort or south 15-20 minutes to Manistee. Only about 45 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. This rental is professionally managed by Boardwalk Vacation Rentals. There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival information is sent prior to your check-in date which will provide directions, parking and entry information for the property. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
