There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level and a family room with a comfortable sofa sleeper and 3/4 bathroom on the lower level. There are decks on both levels, a beautifully landscaped yard and everything you'll need to enjoy a phenomenal vacation. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new countertops, a new backsplash and all new appliances. There's a nice open layout so everybody can enjoy time together. The living room is comfortable and spacious and has a nice fireplace to cozy up to. There is also a gas grill, a lakeside firepit and adirondack chairs to further enjoy the outdoors! The town of Tofte is just minutes from the Lutsen Ski Resort, Superior National Golf Course and a short drive from the city of Grand Marais, "America's Coolest Small Town in America". This property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies.
