It is a short, TWO BLOCK walk or drive to the township beach, park and beautiful Higgins Lake. 1/4 mile to the boat launch. The cottage has 2 bedrooms: 1 queen and the other with twin beds, as well as a lazy boy queen sleeper in the living area. It comes fully furnished except for sheets and towels. Bathroom with shower. Enjoy your own campfire, charcoal grill and picnic table in the large, private yard with lake view. The yard is large and can accommodate 2 vehicles and/or a large boat. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around, ride bikes or walk to the local ice cream/candy store. Internet and Cable. No pets! No smoking! Rental rate is one of the cheapest at the lake! Private setting! 4th of July week is a Saturday to Saturday rental only. Four night minimum which must be within a Saturday to Saturday time period.
