First floor BR has extra convenient access with both an interior and a private exterior entrance. Two refrigerators so lots of space for guest items. Friendly, quiet & safe established single family home neighborhood. Daily runners, walkers, baby strollers, leashed dogs & bicyclists pass by heading for James F. Hall Trail. Every month a 5K running race Saturdays (before COVID pandemic; hopefully races return Summer/Fall 2021) passes directly in front of home along the established race route. Room has twin bed frame, bed spring and mattress, or if you require, I can obtain a longer twin, full or queen bed size bed. Small table, bench, folding chair, lamp and nightstand. Quiet safe neighborhood. Very little automobile traffic as street dead ends end of block. LR, DR, Kitchen, Laundry Room, outdoor backyard and patio. Bird paradise. I live in house in one of the1st floor BRs. You can text me at any time when I am home, or at work. I can have a busy schedule, and I am sure you may as well. You have freedom to come and go as you please. I will interact with small talk or you may keep to yourself. Sometimes I need to squirrel away to study. Sometimes I will watch a movie. I walk dogs daily, and go to gym a half mile away. We have two friendly dogs and two cats. So far, all guests have acclimated to these pets. Dogs blocked from access to second floor. Established safe neighborhood. Popular for decades with University of Delaware community. 1.5 mile drive or bike path to UD STAR campus, takes 5 minutes by car, 8 minutes by bike, or 30 minute walk. For bed, room has a single "twin" bed. Or, I might able to acquire a full or queen sized bed. Let me know your needs, and we can discuss options.
