See the stage from our backyard! Enjoy the music around our firepit in our spacious backyard. Perfect setting for festival goers and any traveler. Our home has three bedrooms, which will accommodate 6 people, and an air mattress plus a huge couch for extra people (Maximum 10). Our gourmet kitchen has all the essentials you will need. It is equipped with main appliances like stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and two ovens. Other essential items like plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans are all set for you. There is also a Keurig, toaster oven, and food processor on the granite kitchen counter tops. The kitchen has a four seated high top table set as the breakfast nook, and dining room is placed for a seating of six. The Living room has two greyish/white leather recliners faced towards the 65" Smart TV, but also turns to face the L shaped couch behind for social entertainment. The bookshelf has many Blue-rays and DVDs to choose from, as well as movies to watch from netflix during your stay. Our bathrooms will be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as towels and washcloths. Our hallway cabinets are filled with towels, washcloths, sheets and blankets on the bottom half. The top half are filled with cards and board games. The guest bedrooms have closet space, ceiling fans, and queen beds for your comfort. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a turn on switch for the fireplace, a 45" TV, a dresser, drawers in the bed frame, a bathroom with tub, shower, and a two sink vanity, a toilet room and a walk in closet. Our backyard includes a six seated table, firepit, BBQ grill, two lawn chairs, and a huge yard that is perfect for entertaining friends. Our driveway accommodates two vehicles which will be necessary for parking during festival dates due to strict policies about parking on the street. If you require to have more than two vehicles, please message us to see if we can accommodate this. You will have access to the community pool and spa. There are many restaurants, bars, and night life in the surrounding cities for your enjoyment. Our goal is to help you have the best vacation you can have during your stay at our home!
