Water front with seasonal boat dock swimming/sunbathing dock and reserved boat slip marked “MORGAN”.* (*dock is seasonal Memorial Day weekend through September) Common grassy area in front of deck for common use almost always available for your enjoyment games and lounging. The dock is available only for the single boat that fits within a standard reserved slip. There is no additional large pontoon boat docking available otherwise. There is a swim platform adjacent to the dock. Two reserved parking spaces marked “5”. Boat trailer parking is on the road. Beautiful elevated view of Big Cove and the open lake. Great shade tree offering partial shade on the deck through much of the summer mid-days. Common areas are shared by the other 9 unit occupants. There is no place for large gatherings or parties in the common areas for that reason. You may entertain a few extra guests only for small parts of your stay so as not to monopolize the common areas intended for all owners and renters to enjoy. I may drop by and say hi and introduce myself if you are outside. I’m always available by Air BNB message phone or text. Adjacent to the small 10 unit complex are small cabins and fine homes on the waterline with a truly great market and decent restaurant with bar across the street. Perfectly positioned for lake and cove view on Big Cove - the deepest cove on the lake. Boat launches and boat jet ski and paddle board and more rentals at Knotty Pine Resort right in the cove. You can easily kayak over if you want. Bailey Creek Golf course is a pretty walk or 3 minute drive away. There are two reserved parking spots but you don’t need your car to go to store or restaurants or anything on the lake. There are restaurants you can drive your boat to and dock and dine too. There’s good biking around the lake too. Currently No reliable WiFi in our unit. Wifi is Available at the amazing Wally’s Peninsula Market and coffee shop with outdoor seating right across the the street (Meats, deli food, wine....). I may have wifi soon and will provide access details later if I do. Bring your own pillow cases, sheets and towels. Sorry no pets allowed!
