Single cozy room with sliding door to Asian shared room and separate exit going to the backyard garden. Prince single private room located at the corner space of Asian shared room. The warmth and little privacy makes it unique in this room. This room has a private exit to the backyard garden. I work Mon to Fri 8 am to 4p My neighborhood is safe peaceful and friendly. Even walking late at night is comfortable, some restaurants are still open until 4 AM and few are 24 hrs. Walking distance to Queens Botanical Garden and around 15-20 minutes to Flushing Meadow Park /US Open. Flushing hospital just less than 2 blocks and 7-8 blocks to New York Hospital Queens. We're just around corner to the bus stop Q65 and 2-3 blocks to buses Q25,Q17,Q34 and Q27 . All these buses are 3rd stop to the Flushing Chinatown and subway station at Main Street and 10 minute walk to same from the house.
