Cool Palace

Cool Palace is in the basement. There is a big living room outside of this bedroom. The laundry room is also in the basement, as well as the heating and cooling system. My house is a single family house with three bedrooms on the second floor and one in the basement. One half bathroom on the first floor and one full bathroom on the second floor. I have both front and back yard with patios. The guests can use the kitchen, the dining, the washer and dryer, the bathroom on the first floor and the bathroom on the second floor. I like socializing with my guest, and I also respect their own space. I am here to help. My guest can text or call me if they need to. It is a good neighborhood. Close to a beautiful park. All single family houses with at lease three bedrooms, which were built in 1993. There are grocery stores, and all kind of restaurants nearby. There is no buses, but I have a 4 car driveway that my guests can use. They can also call Uber or Lift if they need to go to places. Cool Palace is in the basement, my guest will feel well grounded. The only problem is the sound of the cooling or heating system, but not too bad during most of the time, only when it is too cold or too hot outside.
