Take a breathtaking walk on the oceanfront Bluff Trail two blocks south, tee off at the Sea Ranch Golf Links one mile north, and pick up groceries and peruse the eclectic art galleries in downtown Gualala three miles north. Where the exterior was designed to resemble a country barn, the interior is full of warm natural woods, stainless steel appliances, and large windows that frame the ocean and meadows. Ease into the day with a soak in the jetted tub, bring your coffee outside to one of the furnished decks, and take sunset strolls to Walk On Beach before preparing dinner in the elegant open kitchen. Parking notes: Reservations with up to two guests will receive one parking pass (unless otherwise specified); reservations with three or more guests will receive two parking passes. The Sea Ranch Association only allows two passes per reservation. Parking passes are for cars parked within the Sea Ranch (at the recreation centers, hiking trails, etc.) and must be visible in the vehicles. On-street parking is not permitted. NO RV'S OR CAMPER VANS PERMITTED TO PARK ON SEA RANCH. For a 3rd car, Sea Ranch advised as long as that car can park in the driveway and stay there it would not be a problem. They just could not give a 3rd permit. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
