Quiet residential neighborhood. First floor 1 bedroom apartment in renovated 1860 Carriage house. Convenient 10 mile commute to Greek Peak, Ithaca College, Cortland University or Cornell University. Jim Schug Trail within walking or biking distance. Across from elementary school with playground. Keurig with coffee/tea, coffee pot, essentials for cooking, small kitchen. Air conditioning in the bedroom. Check in at 4 pm (3pm check in if no check out the same day) & check out 11 am. Please be aware renter will be responsible for light shoveling depending on time of arrival and snow fall. After a booking is placed I will provide my cellphone number for any needs during your stay & the lock box code for easy check in. Greek peak is 10 minutes away which is very popular for all seasons. Multiple restaurants close by. Grocery store 2 miles away. Walking and biking trails with easy access from the apartment. Many parks and hiking venues just a short drive away. Cornell, Ithaca college, Cortland State all an easy drive. Elementary school across the street with a playground available when school is not in session. Please park off the street at the front of the property. WiFi password is located on the fridge. There is no cable to the TV. TV with DVD player available. Locked closet in the bathroom not available to guests. Lockbox is located left of the door frame.
