Private room on ground floor of home with own bathroom (not shared). Minutes to New Carrollton and Greenbelt Metro Station. Easy to get to downtown DC and to downtown Silver Spring. This room has a large Queen bed, computer station (Free WiFi), small fridge and microwave. A shared kitchen is available if needed, shared laundry room and free parking on premises and on street. Convenient to transportation hubs, shopping and dining. This is a large room about 250+ sq ft. It has it's own full bathroom. Guests will be able to access the Kitchen and Laundry room on the 2nd floor. Guests will be able to park in driveway or on the street (free parking). I'm usually at the house in the evenings and on weekends Quiet neighborhood, dead end street so not busy with thru traffic. Few miles to New Carrolton Metro Station
