The cottage is detached from main home with a private entrance and privacy fence surrounding it. Vehicle can be safely parked in driveway steps away from the entrance. Owner lives only minutes away and is available should any need arise during stay. Ripon is the gateway to many destinations including nearby Bass Pro, Mistlin Park, Caswell State Park. A favorite stopping point in route to Yosemite and many summer and winter Sierra Nevada destinations. The Freedom Cottage is minutes from Hwy 99. Dotted with many bike trails, golf courses, jogging and hiking paths and walking distance to downtown Ripon with its numerous restaurants and shops.
