Summary: San Diego is open for business (& vacations)! We just spent $$$ updating this space and it is fantastic! Our cleaners are spending extra time (and we are paying them) to disinfect any and all surfaces, especially high-touch areas. This accommodation is the first level of our Mission Bay home. Completely private and comfortable. Furnished studio with a living space, full kitchen (with 2 induction burners and a convection/Air Fry/microwave oven), full bathroom, king bed and vinyl floors throughout. You get a separate entrance, your own patio with table & chairs & BBQ. The Space: Modern and cool with high end finishes... Guest Access: Completely private space...I love to greet my guests and I am always upstairs if you need me for anything, but the unit and adjoining patio with barbecue are yours alone. The Neighborhood: Mission Bay/Bay Park is a queit residential neighborhood that is literally smack in the middle of everything that San Diego has to offer...in 20 minutes you can visit just about every place you would want to visit in San Diego. Getting Around: In November 2021, the city of San Diego will begin trolley service that will take you to many places in San Diego: the International border, downtown, Little Italy, UCSD, University Town Center (shopping and dining), and more! The station is a 3 minute walk from this home. And street parking in the neighborhood is free, unregualted and easily had within a Other Things to Note: Despite ABB's cancellation policy, I will refund 100% (less any ABB fees) for any cancellations made prior to 60 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund the 50% ABB keeps to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled. If you wish to bring a pet, please note that there will be an additional $100 pet fee that is due at check in. Interaction with Guests: I love to rent this portion of my home because of the wonderful guests that come to visit and become friends.
